How do I return an item?
RETURN POLICYAt ZEN CLASS, we stand behind our product, and if you are not completely satisfied with your ZEN CLASS purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange. All products are to be returned in “new, unaltered and unused condition” with tickets attached. Returns on merchandise that has been altered in any way from the original design will not be honored. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: - Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
- Within 60 calendar days of the delivery date (after 60 days no returns are allowed)
- Must not be a special order or a custom order
- Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than the 60 days noted in that items particular item description.
We must receive all returns within 60 calendar days of the delivery date. Product can be returned to our fulfillment center only at this time. Return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCT TO OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER- Notification will be sent to you when the returned package is processed in our Fulfillment Center by postcard or E-Mail.
- Return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Place an X in the appropriate box on the Return and Exchange Form for “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN”.
- A Return Label has been provided with your shipment. This form must be used for all Returns or Exchanges.
- Place the completed Return and Exchange Form in your shipment with the product.
Refunds- Please complete Step 1 and Step 2 on the Refund and Exchange Form in full and return with product using the Return Label provided.
- The purchase price of the product plus tax (where applicable) will be refunded (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- The credit card account used for the original purchase will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s).
Exchanges- Please complete Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 on the Refund and Exchange Form in full and return with product using the Return Label provided. For assistance in determining Item and Style information, please refer to the web style detail page in the product catalog.
- A new order will be generated for the item you wish in exchange, billing the original credit card from the exchange order plus tax (where applicable) and shipping costs.
- If your exchange selection is not available, you will receive an email or postcard notification that the exchange is not possible and your credit card will be credited only as a refund.
- If the shipment is damaged in transit, select reason code 51 “Shipping Damage” on the return form.
